Tea is a postdoctoral researcher at Uppsala University and an affiliated researcher at Karolinska Institute in Sweden, focusing on innovative therapies for neurodegenerative disorders. She received her Ph.D. from Karolinska Institute for the work exploring the use of therapeutic anti-gene oligonucleotides, her MSc in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences in Austria,  and her BSc in Biotechnology from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Tea also gained experience in market access, while working as a Market Access Associate at Eisai EMEA.
