Nicole’s background spans both the science and business of biotechnology, and she brings a deep personal commitment to rare disease work, having grown up in a rare disease family. As Programs Manager at N=1 Collaborative, she leads member-focused initiatives including the Donated Resource Center, seminar and podcast series, and coordination of workgroup knowledge-sharing. She is passionate about creating structures that support collaboration and accelerate progress for children with ultra-rare conditions.
